Our Consignment Process
How it Works
- To keep our inventory fresh, we only accept clothing from the last two to three years. We cannot accept older items even if they are in good condition. The only exception is designer brands - we're happy to evaluate your designer items regardless of the age (as long as it's in well-cared for condition)
- We accept standard, designer and premier brand apparel. We do not accept brands from big box stores such as Target, Walmart and Old Navy. All clothing items must have the original label and size. Items must be appropriate for the season.
- We will return your hangers to you at time of consignment. Items must be clean, flaw and wrinkle free. No spots, broken zippers, missing buttons, stains, frayed hems, pilled fabrics, or wrinkles.
- We only accept furs during the months of October & November.
- Unfortunately, we no longer accept Maternity apparel.

How it works
Our Consignment Process
Step 1:
Book an Appointment
To ensure everyone is given our utmost attention, we require all consignment intakes to schedule an appointment before dropping off your items. Give us a call at 859-275-5577 or use the link below to book your consignment appointment online!

Step 2:
Bring your items
- Your items either need to be freshly laundered, pressed, and on hangers, or you can have them neatly folded in a tote when you bring them in (no garbage bags please)! We will have the paperwork at the store for you to fill out! You will receive your hangers back after the appointment.
- Please include all boxes and original content (straps, receipts, authenticity card, etc) if applicable. We suggest using bubble wrap or plastic recycling bags to reduce the risk of damage.
Step 3:
Receive Payment
- We put the items on an account and consignors receive 40% of the base selling price of each item sold (50% for designer handbags).
- You may collect your active account balance at 183 Moore Drive anytime during business hours, or you may redeem it as credit in the store.
What We’re Looking For:
Spring / Summer
January 1st - June 15th
This includes light weight fabrics, short sleeves, light colors, shorts, sleeveless tops, sandals, sundresses, etc.
Fall / Winter
July 1st - December 15th
This includes medium/heavy weight fabrics, long sleeves, coats, boots, loafers, sweaters, etc.

Do I need to make an appointment to consign?

Can I drop off my items during my appointment?
Please plan to stay for the duration of your appointment. If you are unable to stay, any items we do not accept will be donated.
How do I prepare for my consignment appointment?

Can I pick my items up if they don't sell?
Items priced over $100 may be picked up at no charge seven days or less prior to expiration. Item retrieval is the sole responsibility of the client. We do not allow pick up for items priced under $100.
Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final due to the nature of consignment.
